What counts as an ingested event?
Any webhook, SDK call, or connector event that creates a timeline entry — including agent actions, status changes, messages, and scheduling events. One action equals one event.
What happens if I exceed my event limit?
Events above your tier limit are billed at $0.10 per 1,000 events. We will never drop events — your audit trail stays complete.
Can I add more seats?
Additional seats beyond your tier's included count are $25/seat/month. You can add or remove seats at any time.
What is the agent spend take-rate?
For Pro and Enterprise tiers, we apply a 0.5% take-rate on tracked agent spend (the model consumption or billing you configure). This aligns our pricing with your usage at scale.
Can I extend my history retention?
Yes. Historical retention upgrades are available at $100/month per additional year of retention per 100k events.
